12,000 square foot remodel to add two Linear Accelerators, and MRI and a PET/CT Scanner Suite to the basement of an existing building.   The existing ceiling space was very limited and contained many MEP utilities that need to remain active as they served occupied portions of the hospital.  Extensive investigation both during design and during construction was needed to ensure the new MEP systems would fit in the available space.
