87,000 square foot facility includes a three-court gymnasium, weight room, multipurpose rooms, locker rooms and classrooms.  Thermal energy storage ice tanks were provided to reduce the size of the chillers and maintain lower energy costs during peak conditions.  Condensing boilers provided hot water for the HVAC and plumbing systems.  LED lighting was used throughout the building, including inside the gymnasium to provide multiple levels of controls.  Energy efficient MEP systems and design helped the project achieve LEED® Silver certification.
