Nathan Brown, P.E.
Principal
Mr. Nathan Brown has over 12 years of experience with Integrated Engineering Consulting Engineers, Inc. designing, managing, and inspecting projects spanning the gamut from high-precision research laboratories to cutting-edge medical imaging suites. A part of every step in the process, Mr. Brown guides meticulous site investigations of historic building remodels, oversees engineering on multi-million dollar ground-up developments, and leads his team through complex construction administration phases where his communication and problem-solving skills become paramount. Through it all, he never fails to maintain a pragmatic and positive attitude.
Mr. Brown’s expertise has been demonstrated in the health care, institutional, and commercial domain, including experience on LEED® certified projects. Focusing on common-sense design and attention to detail, he continues to strive for perfection in both engineered systems and client relations.
Rahim Peyvan, P.E.
Founder
Mr. Rahim Peyvan has extensive experience in the design of electrical/mechanical systems encompassing 40+ years as a design engineer, project engineer, field engineer, electrical contractor, facility and maintenance Engineer.
Mr. Peyvan founded Integrated Engineering in 1997, which created high industry respect for its practice in academic and higher education projects; including research facilities, classrooms, performance centers, and gymnasiums. He has been involved in numerous health care projects of all sizes. Mr. Peyvan has also been involved in many infrastructure projects such as substations, campus emergency power, data centers, central plants, and other utility distribution systems.
Due to Mr. Peyvan’s hard work, persistence, and expertise he has been able to establish himself as a well-qualified and competent building services engineer (electrical/mechanical) in Southern California. He has been recognized for his performance, qualifications, and accountability especially in the fields of health care, higher educational institution, campus and research facilities.
Henry Lee, P.E.
Associate Principal
Mr. Henry Lee has a broad range of experience with institutional projects and has worked with several major architectural firms. He has over 30 years experience in electrical engineering and project management. He has been responsible for several major projects with the University of California in Irvine, Los Angeles and San Diego, Kaiser Permanente, City of Hope, Torrance Memorial Medical Center, and Little Company of Mary.
As an associate principal and project manager with Integrated Engineering, he manages projects for mechanical, electrical and plumbing disciplines and has a lead role in the electrical design. Mr. Lee has been involved in both large and small projects with varying responsibilities from conceptual design to contract administration.
